1.1 Definitions & Interpretation

"Platform" refers to the 77ck website, mobile interface, and all related digital services. "User" or "you" refers to any person, registered or unregistered, who accesses the platform. "We", "our", or "77ck" refers to the authority operating the platform.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited. If multiple members of the same household use separate accounts, they may be treated as one household when it comes to receiving promotional benefits.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

3.3 Account Suspension & Closure

77ck reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Exploiting technical errors.

You may also request account closure at any time. If a valid balance exists, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw it.

4.1 Deposits

77ck currently accepts bKash, Nagad, and Rocket for deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. All deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact the support team.

You may only use a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. bKash, Nagad, or Rocket can be used for withdrawals — via the same method used for the deposit.

Withdrawals may be temporarily held until identity verification is complete or during an investigation under the terms. In cases of suspicious activity, 77ck reserves the right to hold any withdrawal and conduct an investigation.

4.3 Currency & Conversion

All transactions are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 77ck does not charge any currency conversion fees. Your payment provider may apply its own charges, which are outside 77ck's control.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

77ck offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳42,000 gives the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, making the total balance ৳62,000.

To receive the bonus, the account must be verified and eligible for the bonus. An account may receive the welcome bonus only once.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses. For the welcome bonus, the wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount. Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳10,000 (1,000 × 10) must be wagered before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

Winnings related to a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met. Failing to meet the requirements will result in the bonus being cancelled.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses must be used within a specified period from the date of announcement.
• One bonus cannot be combined with another unless specifically stated in the promotion's terms.
• If there is evidence of a technical error or dishonest method being used to obtain a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• 77ck reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus program at any time.

6.1 General Gaming Terms

All games available on the 77ck platform have their own rules, which are displayed within the game. It is advised to read the relevant rules carefully before playing. The outcome of all games is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a connection is lost mid-game or a technical error occurs, 77ck will attempt to restore the game to its last saved state. If restoration is not possible, the bet for that round will be refunded. Any winnings from a faulty game session will be considered void.

6.3 Sports Betting

The following terms apply to sports betting:

• A bet cannot be changed once it has been confirmed.
• If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• If an event is rescheduled, the bet may remain valid on the new date or may be cancelled — a decision will be made based on the circumstances.
• 77ck reserves the right to cancel bets placed at odds that are inconsistent or clearly incorrect.

• Operating an account on behalf of or for a minor (under 21 years of age).
• Money laundering or conducting transactions using illegal funds.
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to place bets.
• Colluding or coordinating with other users to exploit the system through joint betting.
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Attempting to hack, gain unauthorised access to, or disrupt any part of the platform.
• Harassment, threats, or abusive behaviour toward other users.
• Conducting transactions using third-party payment methods.
